Dancing Horse Technology, Inc. was founded in 2004 when Joe Thompson realized that there had to be a better way. As the IT manager for Tech for Less Joe was fed up with the lack of vendor response, capability, and service. Starting out as the customer Joe felt the pain points that most companies feel when working with IT consultants first hand. Dancing Horse was his solution.

With a core focus on honesty, value, and response Dancing Horse Technology rolled forward filling the gaps left behind by other traditional service providers. By adding the Avaya business communications products to the list of capabilities Dancing Horse became a one stop shop.

In 2009 Dancing Horse Technology, Inc. was purchased by a customer who saw potential in the values and service DHT provides. Imprimis, Inc.’s purchase of Dancing Horse added a new set of capabilities in education development, facilities security, application development, and human factors research. With the core of Dancing Horse Technology remaining the same and the added capabilities and backing from Imprimis, Dancing Horse is poised to provide even better service and response, and most of all:
